There has been a rash of new Mobile Marketing products recently and it’s the new new way on the make money crowd. As expected, not all products are the holy grail, push button goldmine.

I just had a look at Mobile Mass Money and this is what it is:

Step 1 :Find a niche and keyword with their software that is found on Cellsqueeze.com, which is supposed to be free but you need to sign up with paypal. You choose a niche and product to sell via the mobile CPA networks like OfferMobi which runs US based CPA offers.

Step 2  Build  mobile site – they will build this for you and you have to host it with them for $9.95 per month. This uses Dave Guindon’s Mobile Page Creator.

Step 3 Buy traffic from Ad Mob which is the biggest mobile advertising platform, which is PPC for mobiles. This you need to set up and pay for yourself. So there is an unlimited costs to make this strategy work. This is the crux tomake the system work. Without this, the massive avalanche of cash will not be flooding into your account.

An alternative:

To replicate this, use the WP touch plugin to create a mobile site with wordpress.

Do niche research like the normal for building web based niche sites

Find an offer that people might be looking for on platforms like offervault.

Drive traffic by either buying ppc ads or SEO to show up on mobiles.

Not sure that this product is worth the $47 for what it offers.

I just saw this on my Facebook wall and it is a great case study on what you should do if you want to see a product to the Internet Marketing world. This was a new product that was created by a 12 year old and he was trying to get Sohail Khan to help him with JVs. Since he posted it on Sohail’s wall, it got a lot of responses from others with more IM experience.

This was what was posted :

Mistakes of a new clickbank product creator

These were the responses critiquing the product with some great advice on how to improve. It is a\ good read as it highlights the pitfalls that product creators fall into.

Vlad Danciu I don’t want to be evil but I think there is to much hype… 11 year old kid $31,985.94 each month but no professional mic for registering some quality sound and no budget to market the product … however I will like this as he is 11 and trying to succeed ;)

I really wish Omeed every success — but sadly the site falls into the trap that many do — and that is it just looks scammy and spammy. No disrespect meant Omeed if you are reading this.

It’s a very old fashioned technique to make these ama…zing claims. Now – the truth is – MANY people will buy a product as a result – as this sort of sensationalism sells. But it’s not a very cool or contemporary way to market.

Also – do NOT becone of those marketers that does not allow a visitor to PAUSE a video. This infuriates more people that will help you with sales. At the moment you can not pause your first video — therefore your second video is pointless (until the first one finishes) – and we do NOT know how long it is. HUGE MISTAKE. You will make visitors feel as if you are holding them captive.

Add a timeline to your video — NOBODY likes to watch a video that autoplays if they can not pause – and that they have no idea how long it is. Is it 45 seconds – or 45 minutes? We don’t know.

Also – screenshots of income are I’m afraid worthless. Anyone who knows photoshop can fake them — and sadly many do. You can also go to Google Images and search for ‘clickbank secreenshots’ and find thousands. People do this — and use them in their sales pages. That’s why I use live video of logging into accounts for proof of income – and you should too. If you really are making these incomes every month – screenshots do not prove that. And if you really are making these incomes every month — you shoudl be more than happy to make a video showing you logging into accounts to verify this.

Be very careful of income claims too – the FTC are famously clamping down on claims – and will come after you.

All that said – I have great respect for you Omeed for doing this – and you clearly have a brilliant marketing future ahead of you. I just don’t want to see you fall into a trap that you appear to be heading into…..

Set your own path — don’t travel down one that many before you have…

I just read a powerful document by Perry Marshall about “widgets but not it is not what you think it is. This is how he describes it.

When I use the term “widgets” I’m not using it as a generic term for making
‘gizmos.’ The term “widget” means the creation of a business within a business,
a category within a category, and an experience outside of the ordinary.

The document gives a lot of examples of how companies use widgets to enhance their profitability by selling for a bit more, adding a bit more value, making people buy more, come back again or even buying related goods and services from you.

It has inspired me to think out of the box as it really is an extension to the upselling / cross selling cry that a lot of marketing people shout at you. There are examples like McDonalds, Walmart, Ikea and even the local Italian restuarant. You can dowload here: Perry Marshall’s widgets.

I would advice you to read this and take some action on your own business. If you have some great results from these strategies, please share them below.

I just received a great email from Jerry West one of the faculty at Stompernet and he gave his honest opinion on the Arbitrage Conspiracy product as he was there at their recent presentation in Vegas. I have reproduced it below as I think it is important to share this:

If you don’t know Jerry, he is a super affiliate and is one of the smartest marketers out there. He regularly gives great content and very cutting edge strategies in the Stomper faculty calls and try to attend every on. He walks the walk and he really knows what he is talking about, no BS. I am very excited about his upcoming FREE CPA course as I know it will be yet another great money making strategy. BTW, what he says in this email is exactly what his opinion was in the Stomper forums and faculty calls.

I was going to keep quiet about this, but with all the emails going out about “The Arbitrage Conspiracy” … and how their “cart” is opening today at 3pm, well, it is time that someone who was actually there talks honestly about the program.

I will be giving my FULL review in my FREE newsletter later this week, so make sure you are signed up. You can go to:

http://www.webmarketingnow.com/ and the sign-up box is in the upper right hand corner.

Here is the brief review:

DON’T BUY THE COURSE!!!

Don’t get sucked into the hype. It isn’t real. I was there and I walked out after 40 minutes because the material was very basic. I even talked to many people (other solid CPA marketers) who stayed for the entire presentation and they said there wasn’t anything new, it was all recycled material from past systems.

If you want to really know how the CPA (Cost Per Action) market works and the DARK side of it, I will be coming out with a free course by the end of the year. No strings attached. I feel that passionate about this. This is another “launch” that over 90% of the people who sign-up will fail because it does not meet the expectations the marketing message created.

CPA is a tough business and you can lose your shirt if you don’t fully understand it.

Protect yourself. Bypass this offer and save yourself not only money, but a mountain of frustration.

So sign up for his newsletter and wait for his free course. Save your money to spend on other more worthwhile endevours. However, if you are still going to buy this, do share your reasons why – besides the obvious “I’d like to make $100k a day ” or ” I have loads of money to burn”.

If you think this can help your friends save some cash, please share it via the share this button below this post. Thanks.

In my opinion, the Stompernet guys are the best educators in Internet Marketing and I can say that as I have been a member for a year and I have had like a full college education on

  • Search Engine Optimization
    Internet Marketing,
    PPC
    Affiliate Marketing
    Articles Marketing
    Social Media
    Web2.0
  • to name a few.

I am now learning about Branding from Ben Mack and how to double my business with Paul Lemberg’s Formula 5 training. All cutting edge super amazing stuff. This is not all, every week on the closed door faculty calls, the ever knowledgable faculty spills the beans on all their strategies to help you in your business.

The Stomper doors are usually closed but now you can access some of that accumulated wisdom with a very reasonably priced magazine called the net effect and with that you get Stomping the Search Engines for free. This is their definitive course on SEO and if you are an Internet Marketer, you can only benefit from the tactics that you will learn from these videos. Highly recommended. A lot of Stompers were really upset that they are letting outsiders have this information for free as it has given the Stompers an edge over the competition. If you are serious about your internet business, you need to get STSE2 and study it. You get this with a subscription to the Net Effect Magazine and the STSE2 comes as a free gift. That is a seriously good deal. The Net Effect Magazine is simple the must have Internet Marketing magazine out there. Keeps you in touch with what’s the new new thing on the net.

Check out STSE2 and see your web traffic multiply. It is super powerful.
